Methods, terms and conditions

Eurasia 1 SRL distributes products all over the world and works in partnership with major express courier companies, such as DPD, Eurodis, DHL or EMS.
How long will it take for you to dispach my order?

We aim to ship out all orders within 48 working hours (Monday – Friday).
It may take up to 72 hours during busy periods.
Goods will be dispatched upon confirmation of payment via Paypal or transferred to our bank (Bank transfer receipts can be sent by email to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or by fax: +39 011 19826811).
If payment confirmation is received by midnight, we will dispatch the order that day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders within the EU will take approximately 5/6 working days.
Orders outside the EU could take between 7/10 working days.

We aim for these delivery dates but unfortunately cannot guarantee it. These dates are only approximate and not contractual. The seller cannot incur any liability for failing to deliver by a particular date.

Can I track my order?

You can. We only ship using tracking numbers.
You will receive an email informing you of the shipment confirmation along with your ID number and the website where you will be able to track your package.

How much is the shipment?

Free shipment:

  • for orders over 500€ (excluding VAT) If the price list for the retailers is applied
  • for orders over 1500€ (excluding VAT) If the price list for the wholesalers is applied
  • for orders over 99€ (including VAT) If the retail price list is applied

Orders under these amounts will incure a shipment charge, calculated using the volumetric weight method: 200kgs = 1 cmb and will be specified on the customers proforma.

What happens if I receive damaged goods?

No problem! We ask you email us describing the damage or problem and attaching some pictures within 7 days upon of the delivery.
We reserve the right to issue you with credit, a full refund or to replace your items.
